About the event

WhereMuhlenberg Community Library, 3612 Kutztown Road, Laureldale

Muhlenberg Community Library welcomes Mike Ivankovich, known to listeners as Mike the Appraiser, for a road show-style appraisal program. He hosts the "What's It Worth" radio show on WBCB in the Philadelphia market, and he brings the same curiosity about old objects and their value to this morning at the library in Laureldale.

The format is quick and personal. Appraisals run two to three minutes one-on-one, covering what an item is worth and what your options are for keeping, selling, or passing it along. Mike also shares guidance on buying, selling, and understanding how value is determined, which makes the program useful even if you leave your attic finds at home.

Thirty items will be evaluated during the program, with a limit of one item per person and advance registration required for an appraisal. Anyone may attend and listen without registering, so bring your questions and your curiosity about what the person ahead of you carried through the door.
