About the course
Have Fun Drawing is a morning drawing class at the Yocum Institute for Arts Education for adults age 50 and up. All styles and all levels of skill are welcome. Beginners get instruction in the basics, while students with more experience work on developing their own style.
The class meets Monday mornings and runs for several weeks. You will draw with a range of media and papers, including pencils, pen, inks and watercolors, and work toward drawings that express your own interests. Students bring their own drawing pad and a #2B or softer pencil.
Registration is handled through the Yocum Institute, which lists the class with its visual art offerings. Member and non-member rates are both available.
