Sarah Tuft's docu-play "110 Stories" brings audiences to Ground Zero through the voices of the people who were there, from the first moments of the attack to the last goodbyes. The script draws on interviews and firsthand accounts, holding together fear, humor, and acts of quiet heroism as they were remembered by those who lived them.
This production is directed by Tony Quinones and performed by a small ensemble, with each actor taking on multiple roles to carry the many perspectives in the script. The result is a spare, focused evening of theater at Friedens UCC in Oley, offered as a time of remembrance and community reflection.
The performance is a fundraiser supporting the Berks County Firemen's Association Training Committee.
