About the event
Professional hockey returns to downtown Reading when the Royals welcome the Kalamazoo Wings to Santander Arena on Sunday, October 25, 2026. Puck drops at 3:00 PM ET, so this one is an afternoon game rather than a late night out. Kalamazoo travels in from Michigan as a Western Conference club, which makes visits like this a change of pace from the Royals' usual Eastern Division opponents.
This game is a Dollar Saver Sunday. Kids tickets are a dollar with the purchase of an adult ticket, which is part of why families tend to circle these Sunday dates on the calendar. Paired with the early start, it works well for younger fans who are ready for dinner at home afterward.
Expect the full ECHL game day setup at Santander Arena: pregame warmups on the ice, in-game entertainment between periods, and concessions open throughout. The arena sits within walking distance of parking and plenty of Penn Street options if you want to make an afternoon of it in the city.
Hosted by Reading Royals Hockey Club on BerksConnect.
