The Reading Royals open their home schedule at Santander Arena against the Kalamazoo Wings, and they are marking the occasion as 25th Anniversary Season Opening Night. Puck drops at 7:00 PM, with 36 home games to follow across the season.

The first 1,500 fans through the doors receive a 25th Anniversary Season Puzzle, a nod to a quarter century of hockey in downtown Reading. Opening night at the arena brings the full game day atmosphere: fast ECHL action, on-ice promotions between periods, and a crowd ready for the first home face-off of the year.

Kalamazoo makes for a familiar visitor, and a season opener between two Western Conference and Eastern Conference clubs gives newcomers an easy entry point to the sport. Whether you follow the roster closely or are bringing the family out for a Saturday night, this is the game that sets the tone for the season.
